We direly need their input, they often have a flair for design and maybe
this is how it will happen.

Take a look at www.csszengarden.com]www.csszengarden.com to see what a massive impact a good
design can have on a website, and a few things i have learn't include:

1) websites are a very 'visible' thing, if you make one sooner or later
someone will mention 'oh i saw your website, looks good' so rather than
back-end applications which never get seen, websites are a continuing 'living'
proof of the work that you have so far achieved.

2) girls play with dolls and boys play with meccano sets or leggo or stuff to build
things with so for a girl the whole 'construct' of the internet and the web is well, baffling.
But with the advent of things such as .net 2 and Visual Web Designer Express, which is free and
like playing with a toy 'read VB for the web' well now anyone can do it, even girls :-)

3) I'm terrible at getting girls,,, but maybe that isn't appropriate here.

P.S. Paul, you are obviously a very 'feeling' sort of person, i should imagine that
you would have a good flair for design,,, get designing, put your feelings down on paper
or better still, the web, let us see your designs.
