It's kind of funny that they refer to the maggots as "free-range larvae" though. I mean, good grief. Are we making quality-of-life statements about maggots now? "I'm sorry Doctor, but unless those maggots have been allowed to frolic freely, I simply cannot have them consuming the dead flesh in my ulcerated wound.
